Privacy Policy
The short version: Smash! Padel Manager does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your phone. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking — the app does not even hold permission to access the internet.
Who this policy is from
This policy covers the Android application Smash! Padel Manager (“the app”), published by Hawkes Health Solutions AS (“we”, “us”). Contact: smash@prekonsult.com.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store, or have access to any personal data about you. We operate no servers and receive no information from the app whatsoever.
What the app stores on your device
To do its job, the app saves the following locally on your phone only, in its private app storage:
- Player and team names (and, in Mixed Americano, whether a player was entered as a man or woman) that you type in
- Tournament data — formats, settings, courts, rounds, matches and scores
- Saved players — a local list of names you’ve entered before, for quick re-adding
- Archived tournaments — completed tournaments and their final scoreboards
This information is only visible to you, on your device. It is never sent anywhere by the app.
Network access
The app requests no internet permission. It cannot connect to the internet, and therefore cannot transmit your data anywhere, by design. The app works fully offline.
Device backups
The app allows Android’s standard Auto Backup feature. This is a function of the Android operating system, not of our app. If you have device backup enabled in your Android settings, Android may copy the app’s data (including the player names and tournaments described above) to your own Google account / Google Drive, so it can be restored if you change or reset your phone.
This backup is controlled entirely by you in your device settings, is stored in your own Google account rather than ours, and is not accessible to us in any way. You can disable it at any time in your device’s backup settings. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Exports and sharing
The app can export a tournament’s schedule and results as a PDF or CSV file, and can share standings as text. These files are generated on your device; nothing is uploaded automatically. A file only leaves your phone if you actively choose to send it somewhere. Once you share a file with another app, that app’s own privacy policy applies.
Advertising and analytics
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, no data about children is collected.
Your control over your data
- Delete a tournament: open View Past Tournaments and tap the delete icon on any archived tournament.
- Delete everything: uninstall the app, or clear its data from Settings → Apps → Smash! Padel Manager → Storage.
Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side, and no data request process is required.
Permissions
The app requests no runtime permissions — no camera, no location, no contacts, no storage, no internet.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
